OUR VENUE

The Ivory Table makes throwing the perfect party easy and affordable with our gorgeous new event space and on site catering company. Our space is charming and quaint and perfect for parties up to 60 people. We host some of Spokane’s hottest wine tastings events, private suppers, receptions, baby and bridal showers, gourmet brunch parties, cocktail gatherings and much more.  The interior of our space is rustic, yet elegant and modern with cream colored walls, black accents, over-sized mirrors, and touches of brushed steel and repurposed wood. The flexible open floor plan provides the perfect location for your party or event. Whether you want a fresh floral look, a candlelit dinner gathering, or a fun themed party, we have you covered. RATES:

  • A $300 deposit is required upfront to reserve our venue and is refundable up to 75 days prior to event date. Additionally, 50% of estimated catering costs will be required in order to reserve your spot on our catering calendar. All deposits will be put toward final bill. Credit card info, room deposit and signed contract are required to secure event date.
  • Pricing below includes buffet style service. Tray service and/or plated service is available for additional fee.

Sunday – Thursday

  • $300 rate includes 4 hour room rental. Additional time will be charged at rate of $100/hour as needed.
  • Room rate will be waived if food and beverage meets a minimum of $1200

Friday – Saturday

  • $500 rate includes 4 hour room rental. Additional time will be charged at rate of $150/hour as needed.
  • Room rate will be waived if food and beverage meets a minimum of $1800

INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL

  • 4 continuous hours of venue access on your reserved date (additional hours can be added to rental as needed)
  • Black or white linens
  • Tables and chairs for up to 40 people
  • Classic white plates, dinner forks, dinner knives, water glasses for 40 (additional rentals available at extra fee)
  • Catering services and venue manager
  • Set-up and clean-up services
  • Use of in-house equipment
  • Additional servers can be added for $20/hour each (2 hour minimum)
  • Bartender can be added for $25/hour each (2 hour minimum)
