The Pink Martini – Lychee, Rose & Gin Martini

Description

Indulge in the essence of romance with our enchanting Lychee Rose and Gin Martini. With its juniper notes and botanical complexity, this pretty pink cocktail is a flavor symphony for the senses, with delicate, sweet lychee fruit and fresh floral notes.


Ingredients

Scale

Rose Syrup (yields 16 servings of syrup)

  • 1 cup – granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup – water
  • 2/3 cup – rose water
  • 1 Tbsp – Grenadine

Cocktail

  • 1.5 oz – Gin
  • 1 oz. – Lychee Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz – Rose Syrup
  • 1/2 oz – Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice

Instructions

Prepare Rose Syrup

  1. In a small sauce pot, bring granulated sugar and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. When the syrup mixture is cool, add rose water and grenadine. Store in a tightly sealed glass jar or bottle. Set aside.Ā 

Prepare Cocktail

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lychee liqueur, rose syrup, and lime juice. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker, sealing tightly, and shake vigorously for about 10-15 shakes.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  3. Garnish with fresh floating rose petals and serve immediatelyĀ
