- 1/2 cup – water
- 2/3 cup – rose water
- 1 Tbsp – Grenadine

- 1.5 oz – Gin
- 1 oz. – Lychee Liqueur
- 1/2 oz – Rose Syrup
- 1/2 oz – Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice
Instructions
Prepare Rose Syrup
- In a small sauce pot, bring granulated sugar and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. When the syrup mixture is cool, add rose water and grenadine. Store in a tightly sealed glass jar or bottle. Set aside.Ā
Prepare Cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lychee liqueur, rose syrup, and lime juice. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker, sealing tightly, and shake vigorously for about 10-15 shakes.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
